I've seen it, I was very dissapointed by the fact that it was pure anime, don't get me wrong I love anime, just not in batman. I was also disspointed with the justice leauge: new frontier animation, I dont know but warner and dc have slightly fallen from the pedestal I had them.

I have to admit that I was surprised that it was all anime. I had seen the previews of it and knew that some of it was anime, but I was not aware that all of it was. Still I took it for what it was and could really appreciate the brilliance of most of it. The only thing I thought was a little weird was them redoing the Legends of the Dark Knight. It didn't really improve the original any, in fact I think the original was much cooler because they portrayed Frank Miller's Batman in that. I didn't like the animation in the remake at all. Batman looked kind of...stupid.

Regarding The New Frontier, you have to realize that was taken from an artist's story and they were trying to portray it as the artist saw it. I thought the story itself was kind of redundant. It didn't add anything to the Justice League universe. I just didn't see the importance of Darwin Cooke's story that would make anyone want to make an animated movie of it, you know?

Haven't seen it, but from the trailers the animation looks great. Still, it's not as sexy as Christian in a batsuit.

i downloaded it and watched it one night, i quite enjoyed it, however the legs looked quite interesting on the drawn characters, especially at the first episode

Hey, actually one of the chapters contains a more Christian Bale in the Batman suit looking Batman. I think they did that on purpose. Makes me think that CB as Batman would make a great cartoon!

The first episode was a wipe out for me. I agree, he was real thick in the middle and had little skinny legs. I mean, I know that was a kid's view, but still!

I rented it last night and I agree with the other comments that I just don't like anime style animation. But yeah..."Working Through Pain"...Cassandra voiced by Parminder Nagra...wow. As if Parminder couldn't get any hotter...I love that woman.

lol those kids annoyed me and the way they drew how he was interpreted by the kids erked me too, i was thinking 'what a way to start a dvd, noone will know where the story is going if they show him as a 'shadow' or a 'vampire beasty''

They are really good, but i didn't really like the first one in the series, but the second one was sooo great!!!
